Delivery

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Some products may have different delivery estimates, which will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
